Our Breakfast Buffets are designed to accommodate your morning business or employee meetings. All service is done with top quality paper goods including plates, flatware, tablecovers and napkins, China and linens are available upon request.

LUNCH BOXES
Our lunch box menus are designed for client's on the go or those with a large employee base with limited service facilities. All boxes include silverware, napkins and condiments. Sodas and bottled water are generally served in coolers with cups and ice. All boxes also include the sandwich of choice, chips, side salad and dessert. Boxes can be labeled upon request for greater service efficiency.

Our Luncheon Buffets are designed to offer a more complete meal for your employees or visiting clients. Buffets can be set up self-serve or servers can be provided. Chafing pans are included to keep the hot food fresh and tasty.

BUILD YOUR OWN BARS

These Buffet style luncheons are designed for the lighter side of lunch service when time is a major priority. Theme decorations are available for your function by request.

Our Picnic Table Menu is designed to bring a cookout atmosphere to your location for that special employee award dinner or client visit. We'll arrive on your site with our mobile grill and cook and prepare your menu on your premises.

SPECIALTY TRAYS

Specialty trays are designed for business meetings, after hours cocktail parties and employee award functions. All trays include appropriate service ware to make your function a success. We will deliver and set up the trays to a site of your designation. All trays are self-service and disposable.
